The Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (the Department) is committed to protecting your privacy. The Department collects and handles the personal information you disclose in this form for the purposes of providing future updates about the Community and Social Services Graduate Program (the Graduate Program). The information in this form will be managed in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic), the Department’s privacy policy accessible here and any other applicable legislation.

In order to deliver the Graduate Program we may share your personal information with external delivery partners. If you do not provide us with the information requested in this form, we will not be able to facilitate your participation in the Graduate Program.
